As per word states, a consultant is a person or expert who consults with people and provides them with an expert opinion. As per Law, the legal consultant is a professional legal adviser who provides the advice which is applicable, realistic and does not go against the law.

Education and years of experience make a professional the expert legal consultant. A consultant might be expert in a specific field, or he might be an expert in every law discipline, capable of giving advice on any legal dispute. A consultant is always a responsible person of his words because many people use to take action on his expert opinion and if something goes wrong or against in verdict then he has the liability over himself too.  

His job responsibility starts from consultation, providing legal advice, counselling, analysis, starting the communication, helping in hiring the lawyer or documentation and lead to a final verdict. Like we said above that a wrong advice could provide a verdict against the client.

The objective is to deliver most professional and realistic idea that could save the client from inconvenience and damages. Legal Consultation is not something which is just a gossip or meeting. Legal Consultation creates the solution on the spot which is used to resolve the legal dispute. The client must always hire a consultant who is well educated, experienced and professional.
